Based on the experiences and insights I accumulated throughout my career, I wrote a book designed to help readers sustainably accomplish important goals.
The book is titled Achieving Meaningful Goals and provides readers with a helpful flowchart and about 50 practical exercises to make it as easy as possible to implement positive changes in life.
The book offers readers a method to overcome common challenges while achieving goals, such as procrastination, motivational decline and loss of focus.
Achieving Meaningful Goals is currently being considered for publication by literary agents.
